Registration and Call for Presentations Open for FIPS ’n’ Chips 2026

·

The Crypto-V Alliance is pleased to announce that the Call for Papers and Early Bird Registration are now officially open for FIPS ‘n’ Chips 2026: The Cryptographic Module Validation Conference, taking place October 26-27, 2026, in Austin, Texas.

FIPS ‘n’ Chips brings together experts from industry, government, accredited laboratories, and academia to explore the latest developments in cryptographic module validation, certification, and implementation. The conference provides a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, share practical experiences, and discuss the future of cryptographic standards and validation programs.

We invite researchers, engineers, practitioners, and government representatives to submit original presentation proposals covering topics related to cryptographic module validation, FIPS 140-3, ISO/IEC 19790, testing methodologies, implementation challenges, post-quantum cryptography, secure hardware, and related areas. All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure a high-quality technical program.

At the same time, Early Bird Registration is now available for attendees wishing to reserve their place at a reduced registration rate. Early Bird pricing is available through August 7, 2026, making this the perfect time to secure your seat at the conference.

Whether you are new to cryptographic module validation or an experienced practitioner, FIPS ‘n’ Chips offers valuable technical content, networking opportunities, and discussions with leading experts in the field.

We encourage prospective speakers to submit their proposals early and attendees to take advantage of the discounted registration while Early Bird pricing is available.

We look forward to welcoming the cryptographic validation community to Austin for two days of technical presentations, expert discussions, and valuable networking with the cryptographic validation community.
